Enrolment and Registration

Thank you for considering Northwood Montessori Plus for your child. Northwood Montessori Plus is a private school dependent upon the tuition fees of its students and the support and cooperation of the parents. Please read the following policies and guidelines carefully before submitting your application. Fees will be based on the program and schedule chosen.
Enrolment
Parents must pay a visit with the child before completing the registration; please make an appointment with the administrator at the location you'd wish to enroll. Acceptance to Northwood Montessori Plus is conditional upon the completion of all required forms including the Parent/School agreement, the payment of the registration fee and the remaining school fees by post-dated cheques before the child attends school.
To register please submit the following:

A completed application form.

A non-refundable registration fee of $250.00 per family to accompany the registration form and with the same date as the application form. This is not required if there is a sibling already enrolled in the Preschool Program in the same school year.

A non-refundable cheque for 10% of the full year’s tuition to accompany the registration form and with the same date as the application form. This is your final payment for the school year.​
Fees Payment
The remaining fees (the total fees less the 10% deposit) must be paid before the child starts school:
OPTION A - One payment dated no later than the child’s 1st day of attendance. (see Discounts)
OPTION B - 9 equal payments of 10% of the full year’s tuition post-dated the 1st of each month beginning August 1st of the year of enrollment and finishing April 1st of the following year.
OPTION C - If a child starts school after August 1st, the remaining fees must be paid in equal installments post-dated the 1st of each month beginning with the first month the child starts school with the last payment dated April 1st.​
To register please submit the following:

5% discount for each sibling enrolled in the same school year in the Preschool Program. The lower tuition fee will be reduced. (Parent & Tot Program excluded).

5% discount for fees paid in full before the child attends school if the child is enrolled in the school beginning in September. The child must be enrolled for a full school year (10 months) for a minimum of 5 half days to qualify for this discount. ​
Tax Receipts
A tax receipt for tuition fees received by December 31st of the year enrolled will be issued in February of the following year.
